Terms and Conditions NO PETS Check-in time after 3 PM (Although we do our best, we cannot guarantee your unit will be ready for check-in at exactly 3 PM.) Check-out time before 10 AM (Late check-outs are subject to additional fees.) Check-in Location: First building on the right when you enter the SeaChase property, which is located at 25240 Perdido Beach Boulevard, Orange Beach, Alabama. Payments The Advance Rental Payment of $300, plus insurance, is due upon booking the reservation, with the balance due upon check-in. If the All Seasons Travel Plan is purchased, the balance is due 30 days before check-in. Checks or money orders drawn on a U.S. bank, Visa, and MasterCard are accepted on nightly and weekly reservations. Cash is not accepted. Only checks or money orders drawn on a U.S. bank are accepted for monthly reservations. Rates subject to current lodging tax. Renter will be responsible for any collections or attorneys fees related to NSF checks or stop payments. No refunds for early departures. Travel Insurance Accidental Rental Property Insurance® is included in each reservation at a cost of $69. It covers you and your vacation party for up to $3000 worth of accidental property damage. This program allows us to address necessary replacement/repair issues in a timely and efficient manner. This is a non-refundable fee. Intentional damages or those in excess of $3000 are the responsibility of the renter. We are pleased to offer the All Seasons Travel Plan provided by Travel Guard to protect your vacation investment. We recommend this service to our guests to cover financial losses that may be incurred if you must cancel or delay your vacation due to covered unforeseen circumstances or illness, or interruption due to mandatory hurricane evacuations. Your rental balance must be paid in full 30 days prior to arrival or at the time of making reservation if less than 30 days out. Please read the confirmation for accuracy of dates and accommodations. Any errors must be directed to the reservations department within seven days of mailing. Cancellation A non-refundable $30 processing fee applies to ALL reservations. If you cancel less than thirty (30) days prior to arrival, your advance payment will be forfeited. If you cancel your monthly reservation less than ninety (90) days prior to arrival, your advance payment will be forfeited. Departure Cleaning A departure cleaning fee is charged once to each reservation (twice for reservations 60 days or longer).The current fees are $70-$100 plus tax, depending on the size of the property. Monthly Rentals Monthly rentals are available November through March 20th. Not all rental properties accept monthly rentals. Early bookings are encouraged. A $300 check or credit card deposit is required to secure your reservation. Rental Age Restrictions No condominium will be rented to vacationing students or young singles unless accompanied by a parent. Singles must be 25 years of age or older. Parents must check in and occupy the condominium with their children during the entire rental period. Failure to do this will result in eviction of the unaccompanied youth and forfeiture of all payments. Any reservation made under false pretenses will result in forfeiture of the advance payment and the party will not be permitted to check in. Parking All parking is limited to two parking spaces per unit. Damages Each guest will be financially responsible for damage done to the property beyond normal wear and tear. Rental Periods Some properties accept weekly reservations only; however, a (3) three-night minimum is generally required. Reservations for less than three nights will be booked if space is available. Linens A basic supply of linen is provided in each property. Bed linen and bath towels are not changed during your stay. The start-up set of bath soap, toilet tissue and trash bags are not replenished. For Sale If a property is for sale, the owner reserves the right to have his property shown to prospective buyers. Every effort will be made to schedule the showing at a convenient time. Furnishings All vacation properties are individually owned and are decorated to suit the owner. Décor, style and color will vary. Furnishings are subject to change without notice. Please do not transfer furnishings of any kind from one property to another. Loss of these items as well as damage to the unit or furnishings in excess of normal wear will be charged to you, the renter. If you require special appliances or equipment, please bring them with you. Special Requests Every effort will be made to accommodate special requests for height levels, bedding types and specific properties. At times, it will not be possible to satisfy these requests. SeaChase reserves the right to move guests to like units. Maintenance Please report any malfunctioning equipment or damage as soon as possible to your check-in location. Every effort will be made to correct the situation as soon as possible. Repairmen may enter the premises during business hours for purposes connected with repair, care or maintenance of the rental property. Weather Please go to www.weather.com to check local weather. Enter city: Orange Beach, enter zip code: 36561. DURING YOUR STAY Grilling Fire department regulations prohibit use of a grill on all condominium balconies. Fireworks Fireworks are prohibited at all rental properties! The use of fireworks on buildings, grounds or the beach is against city ordinances and the fire code. Use of fireworks will be reported to local authorities. Parents are responsible for supervising their children. Please leave your fireworks at home. Telephone Service Each property has a telephone for your convenience. Long distance calls must be made collect, or charged to your credit card or personal home phone. Pets Pets are not permitted in any rental unit. A pet, or evidence of a pet, will result in forfeiture of rent and eviction. We will be happy to recommend local kennels. Please ask a reservationist when you call. Property Descriptions Every effort has been made to assure all descriptions are accurate, however SeaChase is not responsible for changes in furnishings and equipment, or for printing errors. Rates and specials are subject to change without notice. Use of Facilities Accommodations and amenities are provided for your enjoyment. By using these facilities, you assume responsibility and liability for your actions. Neither the property owner, the management company, nor the owner's association assumes any liability for accidents or injuries. Lost and Found Although we are not responsible for personal items missing or left behind, we will attempt to locate and return them to you. Any unclaimed items will be donated to charity or discarded. CHECK-OUT Check-out Procedures Please make sure the kitchen is left clean with all dishes, pots and pans washed and put back in the appropriate cabinets. Please make sure all trash is removed from your property before you check out. Please dispose of garbage in chutes located on each floor. Garbage is to be secured in a plastic bag. Please set the thermostat temperature at 75F for summer and 65F for winter. Our housekeepers will strip and remake the beds, launder linens, vacuum, dust, clean the bathrooms, and mop the kitchen floor. If additional cleaning is required, you will be charged. Keys must be returned to your check-in location! Do not leave keys at the property! Unreturned or lost keys will result in the lock being changed at a cost to you of not less than $50.00. Smart Cards are needed to access pool area and fitness room. $25 will be charged for any unreturned cards. No Exceptions Please! |
